The second stage of the “On-line Screening Questions Wizard” is called “Questions List”. This page will display the list of on-line screening questions set by the hiring manager.
On this stage, the candidate can review the list of questions and the response types requested by the hiring manager.
By default a summary of the question is shown in the Question Summary column. To display the full question, click the down arrow icon in the Details column.
The Answer Type Required column shows a blue pen icon where a typed response is Required/Optional, and a video camera icon where a video response is Required/Optional.
The Status column shows whether the question has been “Answered” or is “Pending” (I.E. to be answered).
To answer a specific question or review an existing answer click the URL on the “Pending” or “Answered” status indicator.
Alternatively, to start answering the questions in turn, click the NEXT button display the Answer Questions stage of the on-line screening questions process.
